CCPA 2008 Advertising & Sponsorship

• We have revised the CCPA Sponsorship Packages, which offers 3 distinct levels of advertising opportunities throughout the year.  Click to review the CCPA Sponsorship Policies.

• CCPA’s Hot Topics Conference will be held on September 18, 2008 at the Hartford Marriott/Farmington in Farmington, Connecticut, and we have several types of sponsorship opportunities available.  Last year, we had approximately 200 attendees consisting of upper management and executive directors.  If CCPA is in receipt of you paperwork and payment by July 31, 2008, we will recognize you in our preliminary program announcement.  All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the final program.  

• CCPA’s 39th Annual Meeting will be held on December 11, 2008 at the Hartford Marriott/Farmington in Farmington, Connecticut, and like the September event, there are many types of sponsorship opportunities.  Last year, we had approximately 200 attendees, which consisted mostly of the executive directors from our member agencies.  If CCPA is in receipt of your paperwork and payment by October 17, 2008, we will recognize you in our preliminary program announcement.  All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the final program.    

• CCPA provides companies the opportunity to purchase our electronic mailing list (various sorts available) as a way of informing our members about your products/services. 

• CCPA has recently started offering Breakfast Sessions as a way for companies to discuss their product/service in an informal setting.  The $300 fee includes a one-time event notification to CCPA members, cost of continental breakfast and room rental.  Please contact kmaigarie@ccpa-inc.org or call (860) 257-7909 or more information on scheduling a breakfast session.  (Please note that CCPA does not guarantee minimum attendance).
