Connecticut community providers serve 500,000 of the state’s most vulnerable residents. Our work helps people with disabilities and other significant needs including children and adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and physical disabilities.

We are the safety net. And the safety net is frayed. By investing in the safety net infrastructure, community providers can continue to provide excellent services for consumers and save the state precious dollars as well.
