The CCPA Behavioral Health CFO Forum meets on the 2nd Thursday of every other month from 9:30 am – 11:30 am, with no summer (July) or December meetings.

GOVERNOR ANNOUNCES INITIATIVE TO STREAMLINE AND MODERNIZE CONTRACTING PROCESS FOR NONPROFT ORGANIZATIONS
On January 18 Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced the establishment of a Point of Service Contracting Efficiency Office within the Office of Policy and Management. “The Point of Service Contracting Efficiency Office is charged with streamlining and modernizing the contracting processes for the health and human service agencies which include the Departments of Children and Families, Corrections, Developmental Services, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Public Health and Social Services.”

Changes to Nondiscrimination Language in Contracts effective October 1, 2011
Pursuant to Public Act 11-55, the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Policy and Policy Management have revised the nondiscrimination language for contracts to add “gender identity or expression” to the protected classes. The law makes the change effective October 1, 2011. All contracts executed after October 1 must include the language, as revised, listed below:
