Registration and Cancellation Policies
If you would like to attend any of the training sessions listed on our
calendar, e-mail education@ccpa-inc.org
for a registration form or you can register online by clicking here. The deadline for registering for a workshop is
usually one (1) week before the event. However, call our offices if you would like
to register late. Space may still be available.
Registration
Payment must accompany registration. There are several ways to register:
Online Registration
You can access our training list, register and make payment via credit card online by clicking here.
Check Payments
You can also view the training list and send the registration form in with a check payment. Checks should be made out to “CCPA.” If you cannot get a check cut by the registration deadline, you may register
using a purchase order. Please include the purchase order number and a copy
of the signed purchase order with your registration. Registrations using a
purchase order may be faxed.
Cancellations
Refunds will be given if you cancel your registration three (3) or more
days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing (via fax) in
order to receive a refund. A $35 service charge will be deducted from your
refund.
Cancellations made with less than three (3) days notice will not be
refunded. If we have not received payment and you cancel with less than
three (3) days’ notice, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the
program.
