CT Community Nonprofit Alliance advocates for all Connecticut non-profits, including community providers, to represent their interests at the Legislature, with the Administration, state agencies that contract with community providers, the media, and with other related advocacy organizations throughout the state. In addition to our advocacy efforts, CT Community Nonprofit Alliance membership includes exclusive access to various affinity programs such as discounted educational resources, national memberships, and organizational services.

CT Community Nonprofit alliance represents all non-profit agencies – from those that provide services and supports to people with disabilities, substance use disorders, mental illness, developmental, and physical disabilities to housing and arts and culture.
Through CT Community Nonprofit Alliance’s Divisions, Forums, and Committees, professionals have the opportunity to share ideas, network with colleagues, and shape the future agenda and direction of the Association.

CT Community Nonprofit Alliance’s respected voice has helped protect private provider funding, advance new funding initiatives, support strategies for long-term change, and advocate for policies that support the community provider system.
CT Community Nonprofit Alliance helps you effectively and affordably meet workforce training needs through a variety of educational methods including e-learning programs, seminars facilitated by nationally recognized instructors, and focused conferences.
Through our Preferred Purchasing Program, we create meaningful work opportunities and reliable wages for people with disabilities by developing contracts between state agencies and community providers under the preferred purchasing law.
