CCPA Staff

Terry Edelstein, President/CEO, tedelstein@ccpa-inc.org
Terry directs the CCPA operations. She represents CCPA on many statewide and national committees, with state and federal legislative and executive bodies, and with state and national associations.
 
Alyssa Goduti, Vice President, Public Policy, agoduti@ccpa-inc.org

Alyssa coordinates public policy work of the Developmental Disabilities Division, Birth to Three Committee, Business Managers Forum, and coordinates the Community Provider Initiative.  She supervises the overall public policy direction for the Association.

 
Michelle LeBlanc, Program Coordinator, Preferred Purchasing, mleblanc@ccpa-inc.org

Michelle markets services for the CCPA Preferred Purchasing Program, negotiating directly with state agencies.

 
Donna Lorenzo, Contract Specialist,Preferred Purchasing Program , dlorenzo@ccpa-inc.org
Donna assists in implementing the CCPA Preferred Purchasing Program, acting as liaison with state purchasers and vendors.
 
Kendra Maigarie, Member Services Coordinator, kmaigarie@ccpa-inc.org
Kendra coordinates the membership aspects of the Association and manages the CCPA website.
 
Mick Reyes, Administrative Assistant, Preferred Purchasing Program, mreyes@ccpa-inc.org
Migdalia (Mick) Reyes is responsible for providing administrative support services to the Preferred Purchasing Program. She assists in maintaining the program database, contract compliance information and other program functions.  
 
Alyssa Rose, Public Policy Specialist, arose@ccpa-inc.org.
Alyssa works on legislative and public policy issues.  She also staffs the CCPA Children's Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Division meetings, as well as other behavioral health meetings.
 
Eletha Seegobin, Bookkeeper, Preferred Purchasing Program, eseegobin@ccpa-inc.org
Eletha is responsible for all financial record keeping for the CCPA Preferred Purchasing Program.
 
Barry Silver, Bookkeeper, bsilver@ccpa-inc.org
Barry maintains CCPA’s general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and financial records. He processes all grants and contracts.
 
Kirk Springsted, Vice President, Administration, kspringsted@ccpa-inc.org
Kirk directs the CCPA Preferred Purchasing Program. He is responsible for internal office operations, grants and contracts, the CCPA insurance program, and specialized member services.
 
Sherri Woolley, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Operations, swoolley@ccpa-inc.org
Sherri provides support services for Divisions and the Board of Directors. She maintains the member database, coordinates member communications and also assists in hospitality and other membership functions.
