Photocopying
CCPA will provide qualified personnel to photocopy documents and perform
other related activities on site using state agency equipment.
The photocopy technician will perform general service such as:
- Loading paper
- Adding toner
- Clearing paper jams
- Removing paper clips
- Removing staples
- Re-filing documents
- Performing other clerical duties:
Folding
Stuffing envelopes
Collating
Photocopying
service can be provided Monday-Friday, and will free
up agency staff for other tasks.
Pricing
Pricing
for CCPA photocopying service personnel is based on
a per hour cost. The hourly cost will be determined
on the duties assigned and fair market formulas developed
in conjunction with the Department of Administrative
Services, Procurement Services.
