Procedures for Ordering Temporary Personnel
“State Use Purchase Preference-Connecticut General Statute 17b 656 requires that purchasers make initial contact with Connecticut Community Providers Association (CCPA) to determine if they can provide the appropriate personnel. If CCPA cannot provide the required temporary personnel then purchasers may chose from the other vendors listed under the contract(s). “

Procedures For Ordering Temporary Services through the CCPA Contracts Program
Contract 02PSX0124 makes Financial, Technical, Clerical, and some Miscellaneous temporary service personnel available to state agencies, municipalities and political sub-divisions. Supplement # 6 of the contract creates new procedures for ordering temporary personnel and directs purchasers to “make initial contact with CCPA to see if appropriate personnel can be provided.”
